Alu Palak
Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1.Potatoes
3
2.Spinach
shredded 1 cups
3.Basmati
rice 1 cup
4.Ginger
chopped 1 tbsp
5.Green
chillies 2
6.Garlic
chopped 1 tbsp
7.Salt to
taste
8.Ghee 3
tbsp
9.Oil for
deep frying
10.Dry
mango powder 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Heat
adequate oil for deep frying. Add potatoes and fry till light brown color.
2.Meanwhile
heat some ghee in another pan, add chopped ginger, garlic and sauté for few
seconds.
3.Add green
chillies ,spinach and saute till affectionate. Add salt to taste and mix well.
4.Finally
add cooked rice and mix well.Add fried potatoes, scattering some dry mango
powder and coat well the rice uniformly. Transfer into a bowl and serve warm.
