Ingredients:
1.
Urdu dal 1cup
2.
Boiled rice 2 cups
3.
Pinch of salt
4.
Tomato 2
5.
Mint leaves ½ cup
Preparation:
1.
Wash and soak dal and rice separately 2hr.
2.
Drain water and grind separately.
3.
Mix the two pastes add salt.
4.
Divide into three parts.
5.
Pre pare tomato mint chutneys separately fried
or raw whatever you want.
6.
Add tomato chutney for Saffron color.
7.
Add mint chutney for green color.
8.
Remaining for white.
9.
Put idlies in idly cooker.
10.
Serve any chutney.
