Tamarind 1tbsp

Water

Salt(saindavalavanam)
5.
Moong dal 50gr
6.
Gingle oil 2tbsp
7.
Jeera
8.
Mustered seeds
9.
Garlic cloves 2

Chopped ginger ½ tsp

Dry red chillies
Preparation
1.
½ An hour before soak moong dall.
2.
Wash and cut Chama dumpa Leaves.
3.
Take a mud pan pour oil .
4.
Add jeera, mustered seeds,red chillies,garlic
pieces,fry in low flame.
5.
Add moong dal, Chama dumpa
Leave pieces.
6.
Serve with rice or roti.
