Hot & Sour Soup (Vegetable) Indo-Chinese
Ingredients:
1.Ajinomoto
2.Mixed veggies
3.Sesame seeds cow ghee
4.Vegetable stock
5.Jaggery
6.Pepper powder
7.Chilli paste 1/2tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take vegetable stock in a mud pan,combine chilli paste,pepper powder,jaggery,mixed veggies,ajinomoto and bring it to boil for few minutes.
2. In the meantime liquefy corn flour in sufficient water,add sesame cow ghee to the boiling satisfied.
3.Pour corn flour mixture and bring it to boil until it turns into a thick consistency. transfer into a soup bowl and dish up with garnished spring onions.
