Ingredients:

1.Lady finger 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 4
4.Tomatoes 2
5.Curry leaves
6.Red chilli powder
7.Saindava lavanam(Rock salt) to taste
8.Turmeric powder a pinch
9.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
10.Garlic cloves 4
11.Gingle oil  2 tbsp
12.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves
14.Pepper corns 1 tbsp
15.Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan pour some Gingle oil  and heat it,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,garlic cloves,green chillies,lady finger and saute for few minutes.
2.Add chopped tomatoes and saute till to soft. Now add saindava lavanam(Rock salt) turmeric powder,red chilli powder and boiled  moongdal, mix well and bring it to boil .
3.Add some water as required and bring it to boil add coriander powder , pepper corns, and stir well.
4.Transfer into a bowl ,put in lemon liquid and, Serve hot.
