Sprouted Moong Salad



Ingredients:

1.Sprouted Moong 1 1/2 cup
2.Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
3.Cucumber 1 cup chopped
4. Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
5.Pudina leaves 1 tbsp
6.Green chilli 1 seeded
7. Salt to taste (if necessary use saindava lavanam)
8.Ginger juice 1 tbsp
9.Dry date powder2tbs

Preparation:

1. Take a bowl add sprouted Moong dal, chopped Tomatoes ,Cucumber ,pudinaleaves and mix well.
2.Add pepper,green chillie seeds,ginger juice.
3.Lastly added Salt to taste (if necessary use saindava lavanam),dry date powder.
4. Serve immediately.
