Paneer Pepper Fried Rice


Ingredients:

1.Paneer 1 cup
2.Basmati rice 1 cup
3.Capsicum sliced 1
4.Spring onions
5.Roughly crushed pepper 1 tbsp
6.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Ghee 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Heat some Ghee in a pot, add sliced onions, capsicum and fry few minutes.
2.Add paneer and fry another few minutes, pepper powder, add soya sauce, salt and give it a good stir.
3. Lastly add cooked rice to the pot and mix well equally. fry for a minute. Relocation into a bowl and serve it hot with garnished chopped onions.
