Nimbu Jeera Pulao
Ingredients:
1.Basmati Rice soaked 1 1/2 cup
2.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
3.Cumin seeds 3 tbsp
4.Chana dal 1 tbsp
5.Cloves 4
6.Bay leaf
7.Cinnamon stick
8.Ghee 5 1/2 tbsp
9.Curry leaves
10.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Lemon juice 4 tbsp
12.Green cardamom 2
13.Mace Blade (Javitri)
14.Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Take a pot pour some ghee 2 tbsp,heat up it.
2.Add bay leaf,cinnamon stick,green cardamom,star anise, and cook for one minute.
3.Add soaked and washed basmati rice,add 3 cups of water and bring the mixture to boil.
4.Cover and cook till rice is done.
5.Take another pot pour 3 tbsp ghee, liquefy it.
6.Add cumin seeds,chana dal. ,mustard seeds fry till they seethe.
7.Add,turmeric powder, curry leaves.
8.Add cooked rice and flip well.
9.Add salt,lemon juice and toss one again .decorate with coriander .
