Mushroom Dum Biryani
Ingredients:
1.Mushrooms 100 grams
2.Basmati rice 1 cup
3.Bay leaf 1
4.Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Curd 1 cup
8.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
9.Green chillies 3
10.Fried onions 1/2 cup
11.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
12.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
13.Turmeric powder a pinch
14.Pudina
15.Oil 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pot pour some water,add whole garam masala ,salt,bay leaf,cover and bring it to bubble for few minutes.
2.Take a bowl add mushrooms in curd,salt,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,green chillies, ,turmeric,lemon juice,garam masal;a powder,pudina and mix well,add,oil and give it a good mix.
3.Add soaked rice to boiling water and give it a mix, bring it to cook few minutes
4.Take another pot add marinated mushrooms and spread evenly.Now with help of filter transfer the half boiled rice into mushroom bowl and spread all over.
5.Sprinkle some fried onions,pudina leaves,cover and cook for few minutes till rice is done.
6. Transfer into a plate and serve up hot.
