Moong Dal Radish Salad
Ingredients:
1.Radish grated 1/2 cup
2.Moong dal soaked 1/2 cup
3.Fresh coconut grated 1/2 cup
4.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
7.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
8.Coriander leaves
9.Spring onions chopped
Preparation:
1.Take a deep glass bowl add radish grated soaked moong grated dal,coconut,ginger chopped,ginger
2.Add pepper powder,coriander leaves,saindava lavanam(if
necessary) and toss well the ingredients evenly.
3.Lastly added lemon juice
4.Garnish with chopped Spring onions.
5.Serve immediately.
