Ingredients:

1.Rice cooked 1 cup
2.Pepper corns roughly crushed 2 tbsp
3.Ghee 2 tbsp
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Curry leaves
6.Cashew nuts,
7.Lemon juice 2 tbsp
8.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Peanuts
11.Hing

Preparation:

1.Take a pot pour some ghee,melt it.
2.Add  Hing tempering seeds, ,cashew nuts, peanuts pepper corns and fry for 1 minute.
3.Add turmeric powder, salt , curry leaves and mix well.
4.Now add cooked rice and mix well equally. Off the stove and add lemon juice and sprinkle some pepper corns on top. relocate into a bowl and dish up hot..!
