Marwadi Kichidi
Ingredients:
1.Pesalu
2.Rice
3.Besan flour
4.Curd
5.Salt
6.Turmeric powder
7.Cumin seeds
8.Green chillies
9.Coriander leaves
10.Hing
10.Cashew nuts
11.Ghee
12.Oil
Preparation:
1.overnight soaked pesalu,washed rice by adding some turmeric,hing.Cook for some time in a pot .
2.Combine curd in a bowl and beat well,add besan flour,water and mix well without any lump.
3.Cook this mixture in a pot, cook on medium flame for few minutes.Add green chilli paste, and stir occasionally.
4.Add coriander leaves salt,turmeric powder and mix switch off the flame.
.5. Serve with garnished cashew nuts and coriander leaves.
