Ingredients:

1.Soaked rice
2.Raw mango pieces
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Whole garam masala
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Turmeric powder
8.Oil
9.Onion chopped
10.Salt to taste
11.Pudina

Preparation:

1.Take a pot pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala, onion chopped 1 cup (fry till to golden brown)green chillies,curry leaves, and fry
3.Add turmeric powder ,raw mango pieces, ,fry for few minutes.
4.Add 2 cups of water,salt to taste and get it to bubble.
5.Add awash rice and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes till rice cooks entirely.
6.add some coriander leaves, relocate into a plate and serve up hot
