Kabuli Biryani



Ingredients:

1.Basmati Rice
2.Chana dal
3.Onion chopped
4.Green chillies
5.Lemon
6.Biryani masala (Cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,bay leaf,Carway seeds)
7.Coriander leaves
8.Pudina leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil
11.Ginger garlic
12.Ghee
13.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a pot pour 3 glasses of water,add  roasted garam masala(cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,shajeera)green chillies,salt,pudina,coriander leaves and get it to boil.
2.Add soaked rice to the steaming water and bring it boil,when rice
is 70% done.
3. take out half rice from pot, add in soaked,boiled chana dal,salt to the rice.
4. cover up the layer with cooked rice
5.Squeeze a lemon and some ghee on top of rice, close the top and cook.
6.in the meantime on other side fry finely chopped onions till golden brown color,add in green chillies,pudina,coriander ,curry leaves and fry for few minutes.
7.Add shajeera, ginger garlic pieces fry for few minutes.Finally added the fried ingredients on top of rice,give it a good mix, relocate into a bowl, serve up hot
