Carrot Dahi Salad


Ingredients:

1.Carrot grated 1 cup
2.Curd 1/2 cup
3.Honey 1 tbsp
4.Pepper powder
5.Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
6. Pudina


 Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add carrot, pepper powder ,honey, and mix well.
2.Rest aside for few minutes,
3.meanwhile add some lemon juice to the curd, and whisk it well.
4.Now pour this mixture on top of carrot and mix well evenly.
5.Transfer on a bowle and decorate with pudina leaves and serve up immediately.
