Cabbage Chana Dal
Ingredients:
1.Cabbage finely chopped 2 cups
2.Tomatoes chopped 2 medium
3.Cucumber chopped 1 cup
4.Carrot 1 shredded
5.Mint leaves 10 minced
6.Chana dal 1/4 cup
7.Olive oil 1 tbsp
8.Vinegar 1 tbsp
9.Lemon juice 1tbsp
10.Ginger juice 1 tbsp
11. Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
12.Jaggery or honey1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Soak chana dal for at least 6 hours in water.
2.After soaking wet drain the water and mix chana dal by chopped veggies .
3.Add Lemon juice.
4.Mix the grated jaggery or honey together to make salad
