Alasandala Rice
Ingredients:
1.Cabbage
chopped 1cup
2.Alasandalu
boiled
3.Mustard
seeds
4.Cumin
seeds
5.Green
chillies 3
6.Turmeric
powder a pinch
7.Salt to
taste
8.Dry red
chillies
9.Cuury
leaves
10.Cooked
rice
11.Coconut
chafed
Preparation:
1.Take a
pan pour some ghee and heat it.
2.Add
cumin,mustard seeds ,green chillies ,curry leaves,dry red chillies ,pinch
of turmeric powder,salt to taste,cabbage 1 cup cut into little pieces, fry for
few minutes.
3.Add
cooked rice 1 bowl and give it good rousing, now add boiled alasandalu 1
cup and give it a one more stirring.
4.Finally
add 1/2 cup coconut chafed and mix well evenly,transfer into a plate,garnish
with coconut grate. Serve hot.
