Body cooling Mango Juice
Ingredients:
1.Raw mangoes
2.Jaggrry
3.Cumin seeds
4.Cardamom
5.Pinch of pepper
6.Ginger
Preparation:
1.Peel the mango,cut into small slices and keep aside.
2.Take a pot pour some water,place the mango slices
3.Cook for few minutes till done.
4.Once cooked keep rest aside to cool.
5.Take another pan and add Jaggery into it,pour some water and prepare syrup.
6.Keep stirring the syrup until jaggery melts.
7.Now grind boiled raw mangoes into a blender with cardamom ginger.Grind well.
8.Now add ground paste to jaggery syrup and mix well.
9.Now strain juice into a separate bowl,transfer into a
glass,and serve .
