Baby Corn
Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1.Baby corn
pieces 1 cup
2.Capsicum
pieces 1/2 cup
3.Onion
chopped 1
4.Green
chillies 3
5.Basmati
rice 1 cup
6.Ghee 2
tbsp
7.Roasted
Whole garam masala
8.Pepper
powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Salt to
taste
10.Turmeric
powder a pinch
11.Cashew
nut 15 grams
12.Coriander
leaves
13.Oil 2
tbsp
Preparation:
1. Take a
pan pour 2tbsp oil and heat it, add whole garam masala and sauté for few
seconds.
2.Add
chopped onions and fry for a minute to golden brown colour,add green
chillies, chopped capsicum and saute till nice and tender.
3.Add fried
cashew nut, cooked baby corn pieces and mix well. add salt, pepper powder and
mix well equally. Cook for few minutes.
4. Lastly
add coriander leaves, cooked rice and mix well, stirring fry for a minute.
Handover into a dish and serve hot.
